Hello Dream Casters,
We’re shaking things up this week with some exciting changes at the Dream Cast Project, and we couldn’t wait to share them with you!
1. New Newsletter Name: "1% Better Every Day"
Our mission has always been to deliver inspiration and motivation directly to you, and that mission is evolving! Starting this Monday, we’re renaming our newsletter from “Monday Motivation” to “1% Better Every Day.” Why? Because we believe growth happens gradually, one small step at a time.
Over the next few weeks, our newsletter will come to you in different formats. We want to hear from you—which one resonates best? Your feedback will help shape the future of our messages.
2. Podcast Update: Welcome to "The Elephant In The Room Podcast"
Our podcast is also getting a refresh! We’re renaming it “The Elephant In The Room Podcast” to reflect our dedication to meaningful conversations that tackle topics often left unspoken. This isn’t just a podcast; it’s an honest exploration of life’s big questions, helping us grow together, one conversation at a time.
Catch the latest episode here or on YouTube, and join us as we uncover the ‘elephants’ that hold us back and the insights that make us 1% better each day.
3. Book Launch: "When The Light Fades"

All profits from this book will support Grace Vision, a nonprofit that provides essential eye care to underserved communities in South Africa. Support this mission by joining our Facebook group, sharing the Facebook group to create awareness or pre-ordering the book here.

Ricardo has just dropped me off and is circling the parking lot with the kids, ensuring they’re taken care of. I can barely see through my tears as my right eye fades to darkness, and I cling to the blurry world I can still glimpse with my left…
