Health Habits
Good health is the cornerstone of a thriving life. When you cultivate habits that support your physical, mental, and emotional well-being, you ensure that your body and mind have the strength to pursue your dreams. Health is not something to take for granted—it is the engine that powers every other area of your life. By building small, sustainable health habits, you create a foundation of resilience, energy, and clarity that ripples into all aspects of your life.
Environment Habits
The quality of your relationships and the environments you immerse yourself in are
crucial determinants of happiness and growth. By cultivating habits that prioritize
nurturing positive connections and filtering the content you consume, you create a
support system that inspires and uplifts you. These habits ensure you stay aligned
with your values, focused on joy, and protected from negativity, setting the stage for long-term emotional and mental well-being.
Career/Profession Habits
Your career trajectory is determined by the habits you form around your work ethic, learning, and adaptability. Whether you’re employed or self-employed, building habits such as consistent skill development, networking, and goal-setting enables you to take charge of your professional growth intentionally. These habits empower you to move closer to your career aspirations, make strategic decisions, and find fulfillment in the work you do every day.
Finance Habits
Financial habits dictate the quality of opportunities and freedoms you experience in life. By cultivating habits such as budgeting, saving, and exploring diverse income streams, you can create financial security, wealth and abundance.

How You Would Use The Mindshift75 Habit Journal During The Challenge
Step 1: Set Your Intentions
Start by reflecting on your “why.” On pages 6-9 use the prompts provided in each of the four life quadrants (Health, Environment, Career, Wealth) to clarify what matters most to you. Take your time with these reflections—they will anchor your commitment to building meaningful habits.
Step 2: Identify Habits To Build
Choose 1–3 habits for each quadrant that you want to develop during this challenge. Keep them simple and actionable. For example:
Health: Drink 8 glasses of water daily.
Environment: Call a loved one once a week.
Career: Spend 30 minutes learning a new skill daily.
Wealth: Track your spending every day.
Write these habits down at the bottom of pages 6-9 as a constant reminder of your focus.
Step 3: Write your habits on the habit tracker
The habit tracker on pages 10-12 has space for 12 habits on the grid layout.
Write down the habits you identified in step 2 across the top of each column.
Track Your Habits: Mark whether or not you completed each habit every day for the next 75-days. This builds consistency which in time becomes an effortless
habit, just like brushing your teeth.
These pages will become your accountablity partner, it will give you a snapshot of your progress.
Step 4: Daily Pages
From day 1, you’ll have a dedicated space to:
Reflect: Answer the daily reflection questions to deepen your understanding of your progress and challenges for the habits you are tracking.
Celebrate Wins: Write down one thing you’re proud of or grateful for.
Celebrating small wins keeps you motivated.
Step 5: Weekly Check-ins
Every seven days, you’ll find a Weekly Review section. Use this space to:
Reflect on your progress: What worked? What didn’t?
Adjust your habits if needed: Are they realistic? Do they align with your goals?
Set intentions for the upcoming week: Stay focused and re-energized.
Step 6: Stay Consistent and Celebrate Milestones
Consistency is the key to lasting change. Even if you miss a day, don’t give up! Instead, reflect on what happened, adjust if necessary, and keep moving forward. Progress, not perfection, is the goal.
At the end of 25, 50, and 75 days, take a moment to reflect on how far you’ve come. Use the milestone pages to document your achievements, challenges, and lessons learned.
